Austin Durant, founder of the "Fermenters Club" is hosting a one off fiesta, celebrating traditional ferments from Latin America. As well as hearing from Austin, he will demonstrate how to make escabeche (a spicy veggie mix with carrots and cauliflower) and will provide step by step guidance and advice on making your own curtido, a Latin American style sauerkraut to take home.
