Live Online Courses
These are live streaming classes with the emphasis on making things together, learning the techniques with plenty of time to ask questions first during the live zoom sessions and then over a dedicated whatsapp group. Everyone is encouraged to take part in the chat support for 1 week after the class to ask questions, share pictures and ideas.

An introduction to the world of dairy ferments. In the class we will make milk kefir using milk kefir grains, use milk kefir to make flavoured kefir, cultured butter, lebneh and demonstrate how to make yoghurt.

Online Livestreaming Course
This is a live streaming course over 2 sessions of 1 1/2 hours each during which we will make together condiments such as: lacto-fermented ketchup, Mexican fermented salsa, chutney, salad dressing, mayonnaise and explain how to make other live fermented recipes such as sriracha and mustard. The second session will take place on the following Sunday between 1-2:30pm.
