We have now restarted small size courses under Covid 19 secure arrangements. We will be adding new dates for Gnome House courses shortly. We are also now adding new live online course dates. We hope to see you on one soon!

Covid19 Update

Due to the Covid19 situation we have had to postpone our forthcoming courses. At present we are in the process of contacting everyone who has booked a course up till the end of April, and then we will begin contacting people booked onto the May dates. If you are booked onto a course which has to be postponed we can move your place to a later date.

Milk kefir grains are one of the few things in nature which have been described as eternal. As long as they are given the right nutrition they will continue to live and grow forever.

Yoghurt is ubiquitous, the supermarkets have almost a whole aisle dedicated to it yet milk kefir is hard to find, but is well worth seeking out, or better still making your own.
