This class looks in depth into everything you need to know to brew great kombucha. We look at ingredients, equipment, primary fermentation and secondary fermentation techniques, how to achieve good carbonation, flavour development and how to store kombucha and propagate scobys. 

This is a course running over two sessions starting at the same time on the following Wednesday (15 May 13:00 to 14:30, 22 May 13:00 - 14:00)

There is access to the Facebook group for support and with a PDF Course Notes and recipes. 

Please Note: It is necessary to obtain your own SCOBY, we will send out details of where they can be purchased and an ingredients and equipment list shortly after bookings are made.
