This course is designed for passionate brewers who have been actively fermenting kombucha for at least 5 months and are ready to dive deeper into the art and science of kombucha fermentation. Ideal for those who have completed our Kombucha Brewing for Beginners course or have a solid grasp of the fundamentals, this program is a hands-on exploration of advanced brewing techniques and experimentation.

In this course, we will not cover the basics of brewing kombucha or secondary fermentation. Instead, we focus on enhancing your skills with advanced techniques, troubleshooting, and creative flavour experiments to unlock the full potential of your kombucha-making journey.

You’ll also have the opportunity to sample a variety of kombuchas to inspire your own brewing experiments.

What to bring: 

Please feel free to bring some tasters of your first ferment and second ferments, or some pictures, if you have specific questions for the tutor.

Please note: This course does not include a kombucha fermentation kit.
