Winter Wellness: Festive Fermented Tonics

Our Festive Fermented Tonics course applies the principles of fermentation to non-alcoholic drinks. In addition to general fermentation knowledge, we’ll go over drink-specific principles such as; first and secondary fermentations, drink maintenance, how to use up your surplus, and how the variations in fermentation process impact final flavour.

These ferments are perfect for gifting or serving at your own festive table and are packed full of gut-healthy probiotics to support your health over winter.

We’ll have a selection of drinks to try out including festive-flavoured Kombucha, kefir, tepache, beetroot kvass, "Bubonic" Tonic complemented by an explanation of how to make each one.

All participants will receive a PDF handout with detailed recipes (plus bonus festive variations) and lifetime access to our private Facebook group for follow-up questions and tips.

Cancellations
We appreciate that there will be circumstances whereby you will need to cancel your course or change the date. Given two or more weeks notice we are happy to offer a full refund. For cancellations within two weeks of the class date a full refund will be offered if we can refill your booking or 50% refund if not. If the notice is given 1 week before the course, the refund is at the discretion of The Fermentarium. We are unable to refund cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of the start of the class.
